The STMicroelectronics board is a 3-phase inverter with the STSPIN32G0601 controller integrating a 600 V gate driver and Cortex-M0+ STM32 MCU. It supports a wide voltage input range and features a flexible power stage with dual package options. The board enables both FOC and 6-step control for various motor types including PMSMs and BLDC motors. It incorporates a flyback power supply for generating necessary voltages and offers debugging through STLINK tools.
Input voltage range from 35 VAC to 280 VAC and 50 VDC to 400 VDC
STGD6M65DF2 IGBT power stage with 650 V rating and 1.55 V saturation voltage
Dual footprint for IGBT/MOSFET packages in DPAK or PowerFlat 8x8 HV
Single-shunt current sensing with support for both FOC and 6-step algorithms
Includes smart shutdown overcurrent protection and digital Hall sensor/encoder inputs
