The Siemens CP 1545-1 is a communications processor for connection of SIMATIC S7-1500 to Industrial Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP, S7 communication. It supports transfer rate of 10 to 1000 Mbit/s. This communication module can be installed by S7-1500 rail mounting and supports, time-of-day synchronization via NTP, connection to cloud systems via MQTT.
