The B&R Industrial Automation GmbH Power Supply Bus Module features node number switches that allow for setting permanent addresses. When placed at the beginning of an X20 block, it ensures a unique starting address, with subsequent modules automatically receiving ascending addresses. This functionality enhances application flexibility and allows address assignment independent of the specific I/O modules used. It also offers logistical benefits by reducing part variety and overall system cost.

XTRA-GUARD®1 foil and braid shielded multi-conductor cables

Alpha Wire Xtra Guard 1 - braided and foil shielded is a high performance industrial cable. The foil shield provides moderate EMI protection, especially at lower frequencies. A tinned copper drain wire makes grounding the cable easy.
