RS PRO Natural Nylon Rod, 500 mm x 75 mm Diameter


Need a reliable way to connect components and strengthen your structures? This RS PRO nylon rod is manufactured from nylon 6 for impact resistance and durability. That means it's a good choice for use in a variety of demanding applications.

Its melting point is +220°C, allowing you to hot plate weld it if necessary. It has a UL 94 HB rating from Underwriters Laboratories, so it slowly burns when horizontally positioned to minimise the risk of fire.

This rod is often used as an electronic insulator in farming machinery or as a roller in industrial equipment. It's also useful for DIY projects and in manufacturing workshops and building sites.
