A compound lever action end cutter designed to multiple cutting force by 14 times greatly reducing the pressure needed and providing a clean and accurate cut through hard wire.;Featuring induction hardened precision jaws with a high leverage design and plastic coated Zinc plated handles for rust and corrosion resistance. The result is a durable and accurate end nipper which is built to last.
