The fully shrouded housings of these AMP CT PCB headers protect the contacts from scooping during the mating and unmating of the connector. These AMP CT headers have polarization and mating retention features for an accurate and secure connection to the mating cable connector. The AMP CT 2 mm connector system consists of boxed and shrouded PCB headers and mating crimp or MT (Mass Terminated) cable mounting housings. The MT housings are loaded with IDC contacts.
