Use this straight PCB (printed circuit board) header from Molex to reliably link wires and connectors to your PCBs. It's a 4-way component that lets you control four circuits from a single channel, making it a space-efficient solution. Nylon body material provides durability and resistance to impact, so you can use the unit in tough conditions. Thanks to highly conductive phosphor bronze contacts, connections are secure. Gold plating protects them from rust and oxidation for long-term performance. You'll find headers like this used in the consumer electronics industry.

This header is polarised to both the PCB and its mating part to prevent incorrect orientation and mismating. This makes assembly easy, saving you time and effort.

Molex 1.25 mm PicoBlade PCB and SMT Header Connectors - 53047, 53048, 53261 and 53398 Series


PicoBlade PCB through hole and SMT mount header connectors with a Compact design and a 1.25 mm pitch. These PicoBlade headers form part of a wire to board interconnection system that offers PCB space savings of up to 45% compared to 2.00 mm wire to board systems. The PicoBlade connector system is also able to provide the same 1 A current as similar 2.00 mm pitch connector systems. The housings of these PicoBlade headers have locking windows which engage with two latching ramps in the crimp housing to produce a friction locking mechanism. This friction lock provides a secure mating connection and prevents accidental unmating caused by mishandling or vibration. The SMT PicoBlade headers feature solder tabs that provide a secure retention on the PCB and act as a strain relief for the SMT solder tails. This feature also helps prevent solder joints form cracking due to mishandling. These 1.25 mm PicoBlade PCB and SMT headers are available in vertical and right angle mounting configurations.
