RS Pro 14 mm LED Indicators, Tab Termination
From RS Pro, a high quality range of LED indicators. Each indicator has a compact and durable build, complimented by their 16 mm chrome bezel. Solder lug terminals are attached to the indicators for convenience and easy installation. Whether the application is a signal or warning light, or purely for display purposes, there are various colours to suit your needs. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality.

Why choose LED?
Longevity and low power consumption are the main selling points of an LED. However, there are various other reasons to consider:
• Temperature - LED's give off a far cooler temperature than what an incandescent or neon light would.
• Direction - LED's will only emit light in a single direction, reducing the need for additional components, such as reflectors. Although this wouldn't apply if the LED indicator is being used as a circuit board signal.
• Cost - typically as LED's are in a larger supply than standard bulbs or pilot lights, they are a more cost effective solution to purchase, as well as run.
What are the uses of an Indicator?
Uses of indicators fall entirely down to the user. They can be fixed to PCB circuit boards and mounted on push buttons and switches. Primarily, these types of indicators are used within circuit boards and electronic designs. This is due to their relatively small size, as compared with other types of indicators, such as car turn signals.
