Tektronix Mixed Signal Oscilloscope
The Tektronix MSO2000B series 200MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope offers a 7inch widescreen TFT-LCD colour display. This product has 4 analogue and 14 digital channels. By using this oscilloscope users can quickly find and diagnose problems in complex designs with up to 20 channels for analysing analogue and digital signals. It allows you to capture long windows of signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution. It has 29 automated measurements and FFT analysis for simplified waveform analysis.
