The Wurth Elektronik WSEN-ITDS 3 axis acceleration sensor mostly used in industrial IoT and connected devices, impact recognition and logging, vibration monitoring, predictive maintenance and activity tracking. It operates on MEMS based capacitive sensing principle. It has I²C digital communication interface.
