IL9151 - level relay with two separately operating changeovers
The IL9151 is used for
Level monitoring and control of conductive liquids and powders, e.g. maximum and minimum fill level, protection against overfilling and dry running Monitoring and control of the mix ratio for conductive liquids General resistance monitoring tasks, e.g. recording temperature limits with PTC Contact protection relay with delay
Features
In accordance with IEC 255, VDE 0435 Section 303 3 electrode connections for 2-point or 1-point level control The measuring circuit galvanically isolated from the mains is immune from high levels of interference Max. lead length to the electrodes: 1500 m Wide setting range of 4 → 450 kΩ, which enables differentiation between liquid and foam Response and fallback delay: 0.2 → 20 s adjustable separately for MIN and MAX level Programmable for: 2 separately controlled output relays for MIN and MAX level or jointly controlled output relays in 2-point hysteresis level control Programmable for: Operating or rest current principle Measuring circuit for electrodes works on AC voltage generated internally in the device (approx. 30 Hz); therefore no electrolysis occurrence in the fluid LEDs to indicate operational readiness and contact position 2 output relays each with 1 changeover 35 mm overall width
Liquid Level Relays are used to monitor the levels of conductive liquids, and are available in Up/Down, Minimum, Maximum, and Fill/Empty variations. Liquid Level Relays are straightforward to install and safe to use.
Application Examples
Liquid Level Relays (Conductive Level Sensors) are used in a wide variety of applications including waste water management and the monitoring and management of corrosive liquid media, and designed specifically to provide for the:
Monitoring and control of liquid levels Protection of pumps against dry running Ability to detect liquid leaks in a system Control of media mixing ratios Control of liquid levels
