RS PRO External Micrometer
When you need a quick and reliable way to measure the outer dimensions of an object, turn to this external micrometer. It features an LCD display for taking easy measurement readings between 25 and 50 mm.
This micrometer provides accurate measurements within a tolerance of ±0.002 mm and can display measurements in both metric and imperial units. It's also highly durable. With anvils made of tungsten carbide, it's corrosion-resistant and is up to 100 times more wear-resistant than steel. It comes in a polypropylene case for safe storage and transportation.
As part of the RS PRO series, this micrometer meets our high quality and safety standards. It has an IP54 rating for splash resistance and protection from dust particles, and it conforms to DIN 863 micrometer accuracy standards.
The micrometer is suitable for engineering and maintenance applications, such as measuring the exterior of a tube or metal pipe.
