The Microchip Technology ATSAMD family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 64-pin ARMCortex-M0 based 32-bit microcontroller. It has a maximum voltage rating of 3.63V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 48MHz and features 256kb ISP flash program memory and 32kb of internal SRAM.
