MIKROE's Secure 5 Click is a compact add-on board designed for security purposes. This board features the ATECC508A, a secure CryptoAuthentication™ device from Microchip, equipped with an EEPROM array that can store up to 16 keys, certificates, consumption logging, security configurations, and other types of secure data. The ATECC508A supports the SWI interface with a flexible command set that allows use in various security applications, including Network/IoT node endpoint security, secure boot, small message encryption, key generation for software download, ecosystem control, anti-counterfeiting and similar. This Click board™ is fully compatible with the mikroBUS™ socket and can be used on any host system supporting the mikroBUS™ standard.
