The Microchip DSC1501 Industry-leading MEMS oscillators offer excellent jitter and stability performance at very low power over a wide range of supply voltage (1.71V to 3.63V). The devices incorporate an all-silicon resonator that is extremely robust. A MEMS-based design allows for a higher level of reliability, making it Ideal for rugged, industrial, and portable applications where stress, shock, and vibrations can damage quartz crystal-based systems. The devices are also an excellent choice as clock reference for small, battery-operated devices, such as wearables and Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices.
