Eaton xEffect Mini Circuit Breaker, 6 A, 1 Pole - FAZ Series - FAZ-C6/1-NA


Use this mini circuit breaker (MCB) from Eaton's FAZ series to prevent damage to your electrical circuits due to short circuits and overloads. It's a C-Curve unit, so it will instantaneously trip at five to ten times the rated current of 6 A to ensure safety in the event of a high current surge. The built-in toggle switch makes it simple to reset and clearly indicates the contact position, while the screw terminal contacts allow for easy installation. You can use this type of MCB for a range of lighting and industrial machinery applications.

What safety features does this MCB have?


This MCB is finger-proof to prevent electric shocks and also has a trip-free mechanism, meaning it will trip in the presence of a short circuit or overload even if the handle is held in the 'on' position.

Eaton Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) - FAZ Series


The FAZ series of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) from Eatons xEffect range has a current limiting design providing fast short-circuit interruption that reduces the let-through electrical energy and overload currents that can damage the circuit.

Ideally suited to control circuits and electrical distribution boards the FAZ series of MCBs offer a wide range of diverse protection characteristics, protecting your electrical equipment against overload damage. For additional safety, the MCB breaker cannot be defeated by holding the handle in the ON position, these MCBs are also finger proof and have a trip-free mechanism.

These MCBs have both a thermal and electromagnetic release, with rated currents of 0.16 A up to 63 A and a switching capacity of 15kA or 10kA depending on the device type.

The FAZ series includes miniature circuit breakers, interlocks, busbars and snap-on accessories including auxiliaries and tripping modules.
