RS PRO 4 Lock Shackle Nylon Lockout Electrical Hasp, 6 mm

This lockout hasp has been manufactured from a lightweight ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) material for strength and reliability, as well as a nylon that's specifically designed for safe electrical use.
