RS PRO Ball Valve Lockout


When it comes to ball valve locks RS PRO has the ideal solution for your workplace. On offer is this extremely useful lockout device used to isolate a ball valve handle and restrict personnel from inadvertently turning the handle to the ’On’ position, while maintenance and repairs are being carried out.

How does it work?


Make sure you have adequate space to install the device. Turn the valve handle to the fully closed position then place the ball valve lockout on the pipe and secure with a clamp. Twist the black wheel to engage the hook which grips and secures the valve handle in place. Add a safety padlock and tag to show who is currently working on the system.
