Upon inspection, the lockout has a multi-stranded steel cable sealed with a PVC sheath which is threaded through and around the isolation points and locked off via the squeeze action handle. The built-in hasp provides access for engineers to add six padlocks and accessories to let personnel know who is working on the system.
