Martindale Lockout


The Martindale universal lockout kit includes everything that needs to lock off fuse carriers as part of a safe fuse isolation procedure. It is designed to restrict finger access to live contacts and prevent the reinsertion of a fuse while maintenance is in progress. This kit includes fuse carrier lock off, warning tag, marker pen and a padlock. It is made of ABS and polycarbonate material.
