This light curtain provides non-contact presence detection for safeguarding access to hazardous machinery in industrial settings. It functions as a receiver within a paired sensing barrier and is intended for machine safeguarding where a Type 4 safety classification is required. The unit operates from a 24V supply and connects via screw terminals, making it suitable for integration into control panels and safety circuits.
