The Tractel tempo lifeline is used for the temporary installation of a horizontal lifeline when a sufficiently resistant support structure is available, which is located 1,5 meters or more above the area where the worker is moving around. The tempo lifeline is tested to stop the fall of two operators each weighing up to 150 kg . The user must be attached to the lifeline via a lanyard with shock absorber or fall arrester.
