The OSRAM Opto Semiconductors multi chip LED is a lead free product and has RoHS compliant. The package used is black SMT package it has higher contrast by a black surface and diffused resin. It can be used in applications such as indoor video walls, full colour displays and the LED chips can be controlled separately to display various colours including white.
