The T-MIDLED range, from Osram Opto Semiconductors, are a side-looking T-shaped MIDLED in a Compact package. These Infrared (IR) LEDs offer high radiant intensity and are mounted flush for a lower profile. This makes the IR T-MIDLEDs Ideal for thin smartphone and tablet computer applications.
