Vishay TSAL Series IR Emitting Diodes
Vishay Semiconductors' TSAL family consists of through-hole Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are available in 3mm (T-1) or 5mm (T-1 3/4) packages. These high power IREDs offer a high radiant power with high radiant intensity.
Suitable applications for the TSAL family includes; IR remote control units, free Air transmission systems, IR sources for smoke detectors and IR sources for optical counters and card readers.
