Align the tool with the terminal and insert the tool into the connector until the locking tabs are depressed, rotating the tool in the process. This will allow the terminal push-out pin to push the terminal back through the connector hole. If the locking tabs are not fully depressed, tightly grip the wires and push them towards the extraction tool.
