Microchip Technology MOSFET Driver
The Microchip Technology MOSFET driver is rugged, efficient and easy to use. It is a non-inverting driver. The MOSFET is capable of 9A (peak) output and can drive the largest MOSFETs with an improved safe operating margin. It accepts any logic input from 2.4V to VS without external speed-up capacitors or resistor networks. Proprietary circuits allow the input to swing negative by as much as 5V without damaging the parts.

• High capacitive load drive is 47,000pF
• High peak-output current is 9A peak
• Input will withstand negative swing up to 5V
• Lead (Pb) free
• Logic high input for any voltage from 2.4V to VS
• Low equivalent input capacitance
• Low output impedance
• Low supply current of 450μA with logic 1 Input
• Minimum pulse width is 50ns
• Operating junction temperature ranges between -40°C to 150°C
• Supply voltage ranges between 4.5V and 18V
