This Eaton fuse holder is designed to help you mount BS88 fuses safely without the need for tools. As it features housing made of a durable and flame-retardant phenolic material, this fuse holder is suitable for long-term use in demanding environments.

It's easy to install this holder via its metal stud contacts. These attach simply to your DIN rail, providing a quick and safe mounting solution. It's compatible with a variety of high rupturing capacity (HRC) fuses and is commonly found in commercial installations.

A fuse is a replaceable circuit protection device that protects a piece of equipment and its operator from overcurrent and short circuits. A fuse holder, on the other hand, is a device that's mounted on the piece of equipment to carry the fuse.

Eaton Bussmann Series Fuse Holders - Red Spot Fuse Holder Range


This range of Red Spot fuse holders are also known as finger-safe fuse holders, originally created and designed to be used with BS88 fuses. These types of fuse holders will predominantly be found within industrial and commercial environments. The rail mount fuse holders contain fuses that are slotted into sets with metal contacts.
