This insulated crimp spade connector from RS PRO is the right tool for joining wires quickly without soldering. Simply insert the wire into the tube and use screws and the flat fork to create a reliable connection.

The brass crimp spade terminal features a copper-sleeved barrel that makes it an effective conductor. The red nylon insulation around the connector is flared for easy wire insertion. Like all the crimp spade connectors in this series, it's colour coded to help you remember the correct wire size, which in this case goes from 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm².

The stud size is M3.5, which tells you that it should be used with a 3.7 mm stud. The connector is 22 mm long overall, with a width of 6.4 mm and a spade thickness of 0.75 mm. Crimp spade connectors are often used by electricians for wiring electrical panels and cable assemblies.
