This Sensata Cynergy3 horizontal float switch is a reliable way to effectively monitor liquid levels in your tank. It's externally mounted and offers versatility with either NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) functions. Simply rotate the switch 180º to measure high or low levels. The switch is constructed from stainless steel – so it won't corrode – and features a nitrile gasket that provides additional durability and resistance to rust. Thanks to its extended reach, you can get inside pipes and tanks with thick walls using this switch.

From Cynergy3, the SSF211 series and SSF212 series are horizontal float switches. They operate in liquids with Specific Gravity (SG) of 0.8 or above. These float switches are constructed from a reed switch and pivoted actuator magnet. SSF211 and SSF212 switches feature an N/C (normally closed) contact.

• While supplied with an N/O contact, you can easily configure this to N/C (normally closed) by inverting the switch by 180° when you mount it. Instead of the float moving in a downwards direction as standard, it would move in an upwards direction away from the main body of the switch.
