Control the level of liquid in your tank with this float switch from Sensata Cynergy3. You can choose between NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) operation by rotating the switch through 180°, making it a versatile choice. It's designed for horizontal installation on the outside of the tank, making it a good choice for situations where access to the inside of the tank is impossible or impractical. Its strong nylon body is resistant to abrasion and wear for use in demanding environments. You'll find this switch used in applications such as washing machines and evaporator units.

How does a float switch work?


As liquid levels move up and down, the float switch will move with it. This change in gravity triggers an internal mechanism that opens or closes an electrical circuit, causing your system to turn on or off, depending on your settings.
