The FESTO MS-LFR series offers a combined pressure regulator and filter. The MS4 and MS6 pneumatic filter regulators remove contaminants from compressed air down to a particle size of 5 μm or 40 μm (dependent on filter cartridge). The MS series regulators have a high flow rate and integrated return flow for exhausting air from port 2 to port 1.
