The cable has an outer sheath that's manufactured from low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) materials for fire safety. It's supplied in an easy-to-use pull box with metre markings printed on the cable sheath, so it's faster to install.
For clearer communication, this unshielded twisted pair (UTP) lead is resistant to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). It's backwards compatible with previous Ethernet standards including Cat 5 and Cat 5e. It works with gigabit Ethernet-based computer networks and both video and telephone applications.
