RS PRO ESD Field Kit

When you're out on site and need to set up an ESD (electrostatic discharge) protected space, the RS PRO ESD field kit gives you the ability to operate safely. The durable dissipative mat folds neatly into its sturdy carry pouch. This compact case will slide easily into your work bag and is clearly labelled to make it easy to identify.

The kit contains an adjustable elastic wristband that's simple to connect to the 10 mm male snaps and stacking banana jack. This versatile field kit also contains a black wide-jaw crocodile clip and EBP (earth bonding point) ground cord with a length of 4 m.

Using this kit, you can work on sensitive electronics, such as printed circuit boards, without the risk of damaging components through electrostatic discharge. ESD field kits are used by engineers in situations where electrical components are manufactured or handled.
