The 3M™ Peltor™ ProTac III headset is designed for use in tough and noisy environments. With a level dependent function and hands-free use with voice guided menus these Peltor ear defenders combine comfort and wearability with functionality for improved efficiency within your workplace operations.
High-Performance
These high-performance hearing protectors have an SNR (single number rating) of 32 decibels (dB) and powered by two AA batteries allowing 100 hours of use.

The Peltor ProTac II Slim headset comes fully loaded with features for hearing protection and effective communication protecting your ears from harmful noises. The headset notifies the user of the battery status clearly every time it's switched on. A 3.5 mm stereo jack allows you to connect your mobile or two way radio for those calls you receive.

Does the Peltor ProTac III feature ’Active’ noise protection?
No, the Peltor ProTac III does have Level Dependent Noise Protection. So they are capable of blocking out harmful noises, whilst hearing ambient noises. If you do require ’Active’ Noise Protection you need the Peltor SportTac – Stock Number 884-2379.
Can the Peltor ProTac III Headset be connected to a mobile phone or MP3 player?
Yes, an external jack and the supplied cable allows you to stream music from the radio or the internet. The volume is automatically muted when there is a call over the communication radio, or when you want to reach someone.
