Use this hand-crimping tool from Molex to join your smaller stranded wires without the need for soldering. When used with a compatible crimping terminal or connector, it lets you easily link two wires and achieve a reliable connection. The tool uses a secure terminal locator wire stop to hold your wires in place for a strong bond. Its handles are designed for both right-handed and left-handed operators for versatile use.

How does this crimp tool connect my wires?


Crimping joins wires using a process called cold welding. The terminals and connectors you use with this tool hold conductive contact materials inside them. When you apply force with the tool, the pressure bonds this conductor to your wires to join them together without the need for heat.
