RS PRO 6-Core Security Cable 0.19 mm² CSA, Polyvinyl Chloride PVC Sheath, 100 m


Use this 6-core multicore security cable from RS PRO in your monitoring and surveillance systems. Its six cores contain seven strands of 0.19 mm² grade 1 tinned annealed copper, which is corrosion-resistant. Each core is kept secure within PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation in different colours.

The 6 cores, covered by a white PVC sheath, are each capable of handling up to 50 V and a current rating of 1 A. There's a handy ripcord on the unscreened flexible cable, which makes it simple to strip the sheath back to access the cores.

Commonly found in CCTV signal cabling and signal distribution, this security cable operates between temperatures of -50°C to +70°C. In the event of a fire, this cable won't release harsh chemicals as it's free of lead, tin and halogen. It's also flame-retardant.
