The Microchip comparators are optimized for low power, single-supply operation with greater than rail to rail input operation. The push-pull output of the this comparator family supports rail to rail output swing, and interfaces with TTL/CMOS logic. The output limits supply current surges, and dynamic power consumption while switching. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification is available for this device.
