LM2901BYDT STMicroelectronics, Quad Comparator, 1μs 2 → 36 V 14-Pin SO14

The STMicroelectronics LM2901B consists of four independent low-power voltage comparators designed specifically to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. It is fully specified at 5 V and 36 V single supply voltage operation, however operation from dual power supplies is also possible.
