The Silicon Labs USB to UART bridge evaluation kit contains the following items CP2112 evaluation board, RS232 serial cable, USB cable, quick start guide. It is highly-integrated USB-to-SMBus bridge controllers provide a simple solution for adding USB using a minimum of components and PCB space. All customization and configuration options can be selected using a simple GUI-based configurator. By eliminating the need for complex firmware and driver development, the CP2112 devices enable quick USB connectivity with minimal development effort.
