The Microchip Four-channel, high-voltage protection switch designed primarily for ultrasound applications. It acts as a transmit/receive (T/R) switch, safeguarding low-noise receivers from high-voltage pulses. Each channel includes integrated clamp diodes and operates as a normally closed switch, allowing small signals to pass until a voltage threshold triggers it to open.
