It has an IP69 rating, meaning it's protected against dust and hot pressurised water jets, so you can use it safely in demanding environments. By holding connections inside its rigid metal body, it secures them against impact and offers strain relief to cables, minimising wear caused by movement and twisting. As the gland screws simply onto a mounting surface and comes with a locknut, you can be sure of a firm fit.

From Lapp, this Skintop MS-M series cable gland is a versatile solution in cable management. Able to be used in panels, junction boxes and machine housing, the cable gland has a simple screw-on-action for easy cable feeding through pre-drilled bore holes.

With an innovative double lamella gasket, the cable gland allows easy assembly of cables with larger diameters, and offers optimum strain relief.

The Skintop MS-M cable gland has a robust nickel plated brass construction that ensures excellent mechanical resistance and environmental sealing. It also features protection against acid and chemicals, meaning it is suitable for specialist applications. Finally, its resistance to corrosion and temperature ensures a low maintenance cable management solution in many environments.
