The DiodesZetex makes a PNP Low saturation medium power transistor in powerDi5060-8 package. It has BVCEO of more than -60V, with -3A of Continuous collector current. It offers -8A of Peak Pulse current with RCE(SAT) of less than 120 mΩ. The device is rated to +175°C, thus making it Ideal for high ambient temperature environments.
