If you are new to programming or are supporting young coders, then the BBC micro:bit V2 is perfect for you. The micro:bit includes 10 micro:bit Go bundles, in which you’ll find the micro:bit V2 computer, a USB cable to connect to a PC and a AAA battery holder with AAA batteries to begin creating immediately. It is suitable for group learning in STEM clubs, coding clubs and classrooms.

Developed by the BBC and in collaboration with other established brands, the micro:bit is engineered to influence children and educate young people on the benefits and processes of programming and electronics, in an engaging fashion.

As 4cm x 5cm, the computer has a strong ARM Cortex m4 processor and 512KB of flash, rendering it a high quality device for its size range. Micro:bit is available in 4 colours and has a multitude of programmable inputs and outputs, including a 5x5 LED matrix display, buttons, speakers and microphone. The micro:bit also features a temperature sensor, accelerometer, touch-sensitive logo and a built-in sleep/off mode.
