If you need to carry out finishing, shaping or blending on your metalwork, this flap disc from RS PRO is a reliable solution. Mount it on an angle grinder or another high-speed power tool and it will grind surfaces effectively, with a maximum safe speed of 12,250 rpm (revolutions per minute) making it ideal for high-speed equipment.

This product has been manufactured in conformity with OSA (Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives) standards, indicating that its materials and construction will pose a limited risk to the user. It's composed of zirconium flaps and a fibreglass backplate for improved stability. The fibreglass is extremely lightweight, offering agility and portability. The zirconium dioxide material provides excellent strength and durability and is self-sharpening, which contributes to a long lifespan.
