The Infineon Buck Regulator is an easy to use, fully integrated and highly efficient dc to dc regulator. The on board PWM controller and OptiMOS™ FETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the device a small footprint solution, providing high efficiency power delivery. Furthermore, it uses a fast Constant On Time control scheme which simplifies the design efforts and achieves fast transient response.
