The ON Semiconductor 300mA LDO regulator is next generation of high PSRR, ultra-low noise and low dropout regulators with power good open collector output. This is designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the NCP164 device provides ultra-low noise, high PSRR and low quiescent current. It is also offer excellent load/line transients.

Operating input voltage range is 1.6V to 5.5V

Available in fixed voltage option is 1.2V to 5V

±2% accuracy over load and temperature
