The DiodesZetex makes a CAN/LIN Bus protector for ESD and surge protection, packaged in a small footprint surface mount package. The combination of small size and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in Automotive Infotainment applications. The device is rated for 32V of reverse working voltage, it comes in a SOT23 package. The device package is completely Lead, halogen, and Antimony free. The operating temperature of this device is -55°C to 150°C.
