The KRINO SPA Hand Taps in a set of 2 pieces is suitable for threading through and blind holes in construction steel, hardened and tempered steels, and metallic materials in general. By ensuring good cooling lubrication during threading operations, you can keep your tools operational for a longer service life. The thread profile of the roughing tap is trapezoidal and the profile of the finishing tap is triangular. This evolution of the profile from the roughing tool to the finisher allows the tap to remove material, during the threading operation, in a homogeneous manner, distributing the cutting stress equally.
