Pepperl + Fuchs Ultrasonic Rectangular Proximity Sensor, M8, 30 → 400 mm Detection, Push Pull, 18 → 30 V

The Pepperl + Fuchs Ultrasonic Sensor has a sensing range of 30 to 400 mm and an adjustment range of 40 to 400 mm, with a dead band from 0 to 30 mm. It uses a standard target plate measuring 20 mm by 20 mm. The transducer frequency is approximately 310 kHz. The sensor features a minimum response delay of 10 ms, with a factory setting of 37 ms. The sensor cycle time is at least 10 ms by default and can be programmed up to 60 seconds.
